Site Preparation
The initial phase involved clearing and leveling the 2-acre site. This included the demolition of any existing structures on the land. Soil testing was conducted to ensure suitability for building.
Foundation Work
This phase involved pouring a reinforced concrete foundation complete with seismic reinforcements, which is crucial for structural integrity. Additionally, an underground parking structure was incorporated into the foundation design.
Structural Framework
Erected steel framework for the 10-story structure with earthquake-resistant design.
